Be Organized
When it comes to gaining control over your arthritis, one of the ways we can do that is by staying organized.
What do we mean by this?
Simply put, we’re asking you to take charge of your life with arthritis by keeping track of some information that can help you and your doctor optimize your treatment plan.
You can do this either in a journal or by checking out a powerful resource called the health tracker found on the Arthritis Foundation’s website.
You will want to track the following information; your symptoms, pain levels, medications, and possible side effects.
This personal information that you should track will help you and your doctor determine what works best for you.
