Return Policy

Med Free Living is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased products from  Med Free Living and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund if the product is UNOPENED and you have purchased directly from Med Free Living (online or over the phone) and requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
Guidelines: 
  • Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. 
  • Prodcut must be unopened and unused, and Med Free Living product container must not be damaged or defaced. If you are retiring product due to damage in-transit, please notify the customer care team, and we will be glad to ship you a replacement product in exchange.
  • Products must be received back within 90
