Why Does RA Cause Fatigue?

There are these little proteins in your body called antibodies. These antibodies are known to cause the inflammation of RA to affect your central nervous system, not just your achy joints.

High levels of inflammation throughout your body are what lead to severe fatigue.

If you want to begin to manage your RA fatigue the goal is to manage your inflammation throughout your body and we have just the product that helps reduce joint pain caused by inflammation!

How to manage RA fatigue?

Acceptance.

You must begin to understand that fatigue is a part of life with RA. You can’t alway predict when you’ll be too exhausted to work or enjoy some get-together with friends or family. You must learn to listen to your body. You’ll begin to feel better when you take the time you need to rest and recover.

The last thing you are probably wanting to do when feeling fatigued is workout. But studies show that aerobic activity – the kind that makes your heart beat faster – cuts fatigue in people who have an immune system disorder like RA.

Regular exercise is known to improve the muscles around your joints, keeping your bones strong and boost your mood.

If you find yourself feeling fatigued but know you should begin to move your body before the night is over. Start with a few minutes of brisk walking. Gradually work up to 30 minutes at least 5 times a week.

We recommend swimming or pool exercise because the water is way on your joints.
